I encourage everyone to record every workout they do including weight lifted, number of REPS and even how they felt after the workout is done. That way even the smallest of improvements are noticeable.
Motivation will always fail at some point. the key is to work without motivation and maintain the consistency. If you rely solely on motivation to train and hit your macro goals then you are setting yourself up to fail!
Setting clear and achievable goals and deadlines will help you keep on track. This is a fundamental when going into a new training phase. Whether it's aesthetic or strength goals there are many ways to measure, compare and then push on.
With either in person or online 1-1 coaching all these potential issues will be addressed; whether its accountability, training knowledge, enjoyment or lack of motivation.
We will go through and set specific goals, plan out the journey to get there and what will be needed.
